In the wilderness It s A must to have a Cell phone. Their to many dangers to not have one. you culd injer your self while hiking and you would need a way to contact the police or an ambilance.

I think cell phones should be permitted anywhere because emergencies do often happen, if someone needs food, water or any other necessities, and if anyone gets lost hiking or jogging on an unfamiliar road they can just call someone for help.
This sentence would be better if the sentence was broken up into sentences. For example:

My older sister got a brand new phone when she was 18, before that we used to talk and play cards once in a while but ever since she dot her new phone, she just text's her friends all day.
There are so many people in the world, including teens that say things like,"Drinking isn't bad, as long as you moniter it, or something like "It's my body, I can do whatever I want to it".
I agree with the author because people go hiking to look at the wildlife, not listen to someones conversation. Everyone has a cellphone, but they are used for emergencies. WHen others travel to see and hear birds, but they cant hear them because someone next to them is on the phone, may make them a little mad.
Before: Licensing can stop teen drinking for a little bit, but later on they may be able to get alcohol from they know who may have a license.
After: The licensing of alcohol can only fence off teenage drinking for so long. Teens can easily find a friend who has a drinking license so that they get the alcohol they want.

For example, drinking and driving results in a DUI and jail time. Or drinking under age, results in jail time or community service hours. We come up with a solution for ways to help stop this from happening.

All accross the countries teens, young adults and adults drink alcohol excessivly in groups. Having a license would make it more difficult to obtain the liquor and allow others to become more aware of what they're putting into their bodies.
Spelling errors aside... The second sentences has no subject. Sure, the intent was to use the first sentence's subject, then the punctuation should've been a semi-colon rather than a period. More commas should be used within that sentence to separate thoughts more distinctively.
Should I go over spelling errors?... Screw it. Across and excessively is wrong, 'tis all.
In stein's argument I don't agree with what he has to say. If there is enough room for one hundred people and they are only offering fifty people the education, I think thats wrong. People should be able to in those classes if they qualify and if theres room.
